The primary objective of the club is to encourage yachting, both actual and social facets, and good fellowship. We shall also endeavor to teach our youth to emulate and perpetuate this objective.
First annual Holiday boat parade.
The Lauderdale Isles Yacht Club hosted the first Annual isles holiday boat parade December 16 and 17th 2017. We invited all boaters from the neighborhood, decorated boats and visited all the canals in the neighborhood. A great time was had by all and Santa was a big hit. we look forward to doing this event every year.
Hurricane Irma
Dear Members, due to the hurricane the club is closed until further notice.
The pool and tennis courts suffered damage and will reopen once repairs and a full renovation of the tennis courts is complete.
The bar is closed until further notice and will reopen on a limited schedule when possible. Food may take a bit longer as repairs are done to the kitchen.
Change of the Watch Gala.
Members, join us for the annual change of the watch dinner event. Come take part in this tradition and meet the new board members.
Date February 4, 2017 festivities begin at 6pm.

The Lauderdale Isles Yacht Club
The Lauderdale Isles Yacht & Tennis Club (LIYTC) has been merged with The Circle Yacht Club (CYC) on September 1, 2012 and is now open and operating as `The Lauderdale Isles Yacht Club’ (LIYC). All members of both Clubs are asked to come and enjoy the club as they have in the past.

Founded on September 22, 1953, the Lauderdale Isles Yacht Club has been an integral part of the Lauderdale Isles neighborhood for over six decades, providing residents with a gathering place to celebrate events, reunions and special occasions, while sharing the bonds of friendship, camaraderie and community fellowship. 
Today, the Lauderdale Isles Yacht Club (LIYC) continues to make positive contributions to the City of Fort Lauderdale.
