As usual, be safe.  all participants do so at their own risk and must follow all regulations.   you are encouraged to use small boats you can easily turn in our canals as space can be tight, you must have a VHF radio as we will monitor channel 9 and chat on 71 if needed.   we strongly suggest a safety inspection before heading out, make sure you have all your safety gear in good working order.
